blendmount?

has anoyone used the BLENDMOUNT system to mount valentine 1 or any other radar detector to rear view mirror?

I am aware of the lakes trophy mount that is available.

That's a nice mount but it does not look like the C6 Mirror mount would be compatible with it. The mount needs a stalk to clamp around. Take a look behind your mirror.........

I guess you already know about the great lakes mount. I love that mount though.

i loved it also for the 1st 2 years... then the sticker fell off... then i tried 2 more times and the sticker fell off within a month each time.
the heat is melting the glue off somehow.

have you had any probs with it??

Yep. Just installed one for the Escort 9500IX on the bride's CTS. Really like it, the mount is 'robust' and very stable, and all of the buttons mounted on top of the 9500 are easily accessible. I previously had the 'Stationary Z' bracket from another vendor, but the Blendmount is far better and easily adjustable for many configurations. I am waiting for the their bracket for the C6. Hopefully they will be releasing it soon.
