Default Black Plastic Inserts?

Is there a black plastic mesh insert option for the C6 fender openings? I am looking for something that is easy to install as well. I ask for plastic as I figured something that inserts easily would not be metal, but metal works as well. Thanks!

Not plastic but they were fairly easy to install. I didn't have to take the wheels off.

Made my own for $15.00. cant tell the diff between them and the 50-60 price. One of the vendors on here believe it was pipe dreams has a template for the cutout and some gutter guard of any style from lowes or home depot, cut em out and a little velcro for the tabs, you do have to insert them from the inside of wheel well, just is easier that way. a little primer and black paint or paint of your choice or leave them alone, had both styles on my car and stayed with the black. will post pics tomorrow if u want to see them. even had enough to do the front grill with tye wraps and some door edge trim from autozone, my photos you can see the grill if you blow it up big enough. Looks good. Since you don't use the silver ones send them to me. How does $10 plus shipping sound???? What does the velcro attach to on the car? Sorry to hijack the thread.

I got mine from Southern Car Parts. I used Racemesh. It is pricey but they are available in black finish.

Never heard of any in plastic.

Now about that avatar...................will it be gone after Halloween, it really creeps me out.

Mike,

We can make a set in my garage. I have the mesh. All you need to do is buy some gloss black spray paint and H-Duty velcro.

Best regards
Mark
