Most treasured trophy yet
I took my C6 to a show yesterday, just for fun. I have won plaques and such with the C6 at other shows but I never really expect to win anything because it is a new car. I go mostly to look at the classic and muscle cars and socialize with other car lovers.
I was pleasantly surprised when I won a nice trophy that I treasure more than any of them. It was from the kids ages 6-16 youth voters group that chose the
C6 as best. I will always prize this win above all the others.

I was sitting at a stop light behind a school bus and an 8-9 year old looked out and I could see him mouth "WOW" and then he told his buddies to look and they did the same thing. Most likely what I did when I seen my first '63 Stingray.

Last Thurs I was on the way home in stop & go traffic on the Garden State Parkway in NJ... when a SUV with 3 or 4 women in the left lane passed me (I was stopped) they were doing app 10 mph.. (I'm guessing their age was around mid to late 30's) when the blond in the front passengers seat stuck her head out the window, and looked back at my car and YELLED...
"BEAUTIFUL.....F***ING...... BEAUTIFUL"
I spit up my Pepsi I was drinking... I never had a chance to reply but that was by far the most "Enthusiastic Response" I've ever gotten in any of my Vetts
