if you get a chance measure from the bottom of the middle of the airdam to the ground.
I think i maxed out the stock lowering bolts and trying to get a comparision. let me know your year. Mine is 3 5/8's 2009 c6. Thxs in advance. paul

Just measured mine. 2-3/4" 2007 C6 Z51

Mine is 3 1/2" from the middle of the rubber airdam to the garage floor. Totally stock 08 coupe.

If you lowered yours and are now at 3 5/8", mine must have come lowered from the factory! No wonder I scrape so much.

buffalo, i dont know that mine dropped much at all really, maybe less then a half inch at most. Its only a week old car and i will let it settle (if it will) and see where it is in a few days.

I know they say they are designed to scrape but it still sounds nasty when they do. Thnxs for the input. Paul

Yes, stock is 3 1/2 (or thereabouts.)

I lowered the ride height without compromising the clearance by dropping it 1" front and 1 1/2" rear with adjustable coilovers. So my airdam clearance is now 2 1/2" and although I do rube occasionally, it is no worse than stock due to the better performance of the coilovers... and no more ugly wheel well gap!
