missing nav map disc

i just bought a 07 vette and its missing the nav map disc. will p/n 15779679, Version 2.0, and 2005 Denso work with my car. i dont really care if its updated or not just as long as it works. thanks

That should work. That is the part number for the 2006 Corvette nav disc.

Call the GM NAV Disk Center and ask them about your free update. I'm not sure how much trouble they'll give you over not being the original owner, but it couldn't hurt to ask.

I bought a used 2007 Corvette. I called the Nav center and all I had to do is give my Vin number to get a free Nav update disk.

i just called the nav center and all i had to do was give my vin number. only thing is that it's out of stock and on backorder but its all good. thanks for help guys.
