Have many of you did business with TKO before? I'm asking because i recommended them to him because of some of the work that i have seen on the forum and some of the responses to their work. Unfortunately, he ordered the interior console at the end of Aug and have not received them yet and they aren't answering their phones. He doesn't frequent the forum so i thought i'd ask.
I just recently installed a center console in the new 2008 carbon pattern that I ordered from TKO. I did take a little while but ended up being well worth the wait as the console is huge upgrade over the stock silver console that was in the car. I did have to contact them a few times via phone and would just call back later if there was no answer. I do know about a week ago they were having issues with their phones - they would just ring with no answer or message.

I Agree Keep trying they will get back to you, maybe they where super busy. I know when I went into the store the other day to pick up my frame he was real busy. His work is second to none here is a carbon fiber piece from TKO.
They are all GREAT I've dealt with ED and Jackie with no problems ever.
I think the only reason they're not answering calls are they're very busy filling orders. (You never know they might just be working on your piece) So just be patient, and they'll get back to you, beleive me is worth the wait.
Remember, There's alot of steps put into these pieces, and if it's not right it doesn't leave the shop.
They have pure perfection.
Ed is the only one I have do all mine. I would'nt go anywhere else.
i live 10 min away from TKO and i visit ED and the crew often..and he is very helpfull and nice. From the last time i checked in with him he was pretty busy so give it some time..and his products are great!

To Cowboy and everyone who answered this tread. I received my carbon parts and just completed the install. I can tell you that it was well worth the wait, and Ed even took some money off for the delay. Everyone that looks at it goes nuts over it.
