need pricing help
A local dealership took in a one owner 2008 Black coupe10,600 miles A6, 4LT, Z51, NAV Transparent Roof. They are asking $39,995...Is this a good deal ? I was thinking of offering 37K for the car. It is a local Florida car with clean carfax.

09 1LT base models are going for right around $40K now. The options you mentioned would bring the 08 sticker price to about $60K, $37K would be good deal, but with the economy the way it is, I'd low ball them. I just wish I had waited to buy my 09, I felt like I got a good deal at the time, back in September, but now... ouch.
