08 C6 Coupe. I changed rims and used bands to mount the TPMS sensor in each new rim. The TPMS system is telling me that my right rear tire is low (24 psi). I have measured that tire with two pressure gages (the cheap stick ones) and both indicate 30 psi. Has anyone else had this same experience?
I can't say for sure that I did not mix up the sensors when I put them on the new rims. If the sensors were not reinstalled on the same locations, could this cause my condition? Is there a way to reprogram the sensors if they were relocated incorrectly?

Each sensor has its own unique ID#. When you program the sensors with the TPMS computer in the car you must do it in the order LF, RF, RR, LR if you want the DIC to display the pressures correctly. The first sensor you register will be considered to be the LF and that sensor ID# will be logged into the TPMS memory as the LF sensor.
If you put on new tires or swap the sensors to new wheels, you don't need to reprogram the sensors. However, if you do mix up the position then the DIC won't display properly, i.e. whichever one that was logged into the TPMS memory as the LF will still indicate "LF 30 psi" even if it's reinstalled on some other location.
So, check your other tires - one of them is probably down to 24 psi.
