I have GM 19X10s that measure 11inches lip to lip on the rim.
Do your wheels have a GM stamp on the inside of them?
Post up some pics.
Don't think he means he purchased GM wheels. You measure the width from the inside of the lips, not the outside. If you have a stock GM 19x10 wheel, then it will measure 10" from inside lip to inside lip.
Okay postmaster...time to take some notes. I'm running 19X9.5 and 20X11. Tires are 275/30/19 -front and 305/25/20 -rear. No rubbing/issues at all. Tires are Falkens 452's. Now order those tires and get rollin'
With your set-up members have been running 275x35x18 for the fronts and 325x30x19 for the rears, like the ZO6.
I personally would run a 265x35x18 and 305x30x19 set-up which should have no fitment problems as some members are running this set-up on the factory sized wheels.
Put those tires on the 4sale forum and get wider tires, if you hit a pothole, you could ruin your new rims. At least a 265 or 275 for the front and at least 305 or 315 for the rear.
Unless the pics (e.g.#3) are deceiving, it appears that part of the problem is the wheel design, which has a very thick lip where it meets the bead of the tire. A wider tire will certainly help the appearance, but may not (?) completely solve your problem.
I have stock 245 GY runflats on CCW 18x9.5 inch front wheels. The GY specs allow mounting on a wheel up to 9.5 inches and the tire is wider than the wheel near the lip. If you look closely, my tires are a little stretched with some edge roll, but it is not very obvious.
Not to sound alarmist, but are those tires holding air? The last time I saw tires fitting that poorly was when I had a flat and the edge of the tire was pulled back from the rim. Do something; that just looks wrong to me.
Question to all: does a 1/2" larger front rim with proper offset stick out that much as in the pics? I can understand a 1" wider rim in the rear doing it, but it just seems too little increase in size for the fronts to be out that much.

I ran the OE runflats with those wheels. The pictures I have dodn't look like that. Goodyears said it was OK to run the runflats on those size wheels. I was going to replace the run flats wit BFG KDW2 255/35-18 and 295/35-19 when the runflats wore out.
I would be unhappy with the way they look also but according to TireRack.com they are at the upper limit of acceptability. Might as well just get use to them and when the time comes to replace them go with the next size larger.

I'll just repeat what I said, why not just run with them and save some money. From what I can see, Tim's tires look just like yours do.
