My 05 Vert just starting a squeak from what sounds like between the glove box and the passenger door. I've ripped apart the door and the glove box and can't find anything. It's driving me crazy. It also seems to be getting worse. Any ideas?
Wow, no help? Has no one had this issue? Does anyone know a good method to find a hidden squeak and can dealers do a good job of identifying it cheaply?

I had it in my 05 as well. I believe it came from just under the manual shifter. It never bothered me to the point of having the dealer tear it apart, but my wife and I just lived with it...eventually, we called it "Ben."
Now, my 06 has a similar squeak that I've identified as follows...when I place my right elbow on the console, it creates pressure. When that pressure is released, the sound is created (likely from the latch mechanism). I'm not sure if this is worth a shot...
I would get another person to sit in the passenger seat while you drive. They can move around a bit and try to hear where it is coming from. It could be very different than where it sounds like it is coming from to the driver. Have them push on things, squeeze things to try to get it to stop. This will give you a very good idea of where to start spraying...
