Default Navigation Question

I had my windsheild replaced and they had to do it twice because they put one that did not have navigation but the original did. But the thing is my car does not have nav and never did because i have the original order form for the car. is this a mistake or normal
The car does have onstar

Perhaps they meant HUD vs. no HUD; there is a difference in windshields for that option.
