Battery replacemet
My battery was dead this morning (fisrt time) I decided to get a new one. While mounting the new battery I put the possitive cable fisrt and when I try to connect the negative cable the alarm when off so I disconected. How I goint to replace the battery if avery time I plug the negativeble the alarm go off. Please advice.

connect the battery and then hit the unlock/disarm button on your FOB. Strange thing is i have changed a battery on a C6 before and i dont remember the factory alarm going off. Do you have an aftermarket alarm installed ?
