I painted mine black as well...I'm sorry I don't have any pics though. I had an upholstery shop that does minor painting do it...looks the way it should have come from the factory, it matches the dash vinyl perfectly and I am very happy with it...prefer it to the cheesy carbon fiber shiny dash stuff put out now (mine's an 06' so it had the hideous silver which is even worse). It's a semi-gloss black same look as the vinyl, no clear coat. I paid alot more than 4 bucks, but alot alot less then buying another console piece. We are buried with over 60" of snowfall in the last two weeks and it's in storage, otherwise I would snap you off some quick photos. Try me in a couple weeks. If you are thinking about doing it...I would say do it....it's a big improvement over the stock pieces.

I was thinking about a satin black. I have seen other colors done but with the ebony interior, I thought the black would look better than matching the exterior color.
