Tried to start the car again this morning, not as bad as light night, it started on the third try, took it to the dealer and we'll see what happens now. The car still has its bumper to bumper warranty so I guess we'll see what they come up with as an answer, if they pull "we couldn't find a problem or it didn't happen to us" I am going to be really pissed. There is definetly something wrong. maybe I'll have swap out the battery also to be safe.
