running hot?
What is a normal operating temperature for a C6 mine seems to move back and forth between 205 and 219 degrees (oil Temperature). I have seen many people say they are running more around 190 degrees. Is this a normal temp or is this hot? Keep in mind this is just normal highway and city driving.

Your temps are normal. Pushing it even a little in the summer will send you to 230-240.

I think your confusing Oil with water..
Temps specified are about right for oil..
Water will run 190-200

You're fine. To get 190* temps, you'd need a 160* thermostat and fans set to come on at +/- 190*.

That is normal. I won't even hit full throttle in mine until the water temp is normal (about 195 cruising) AND the oil temp gets up to about 170. Water temp will climb somewhat when not moving due to the lack of airflow but I never seen it go above 220 or so and that is after climbing 10-12% grades in 100 degree heat. Oil temp never seems to go above 240 or so.
