With the no reserve auction, and the really low prices this year. Can a entry be withdrawn before it goes on the stage?
If I had $50k in some of these restorations selling for $25K I would sure want out.

I can't believe that these cars are actually selling at a resonable price this year. Does the recession hinder the ultra rich also?
I could even afford some of the cars that I saw go across the block.
I agree there appear to be some good buys so far but these are the mid-week cars. Look for the money to ramp up starting tomorrow (Friday) and the weekend will bring some big money.
I don't have an answer to your question but most of these sellers know what they are doing.
Well, my good friend Mike sez the prices aren't so reasonable, but we're good enuff friends to "agree to disagree." The prices I'm seeing, off and on, since Tuesday night are really reasonable if you ask me.
A '63 Grand Prix, 4 speed, 421 HO, three twos, pristine resto went for $32K. That's a helluva good price...for the buyer.
Of course, that's in sharp contrast to the $75K+ GTO in unrestored, original condition with beautiful paint from what I could see.
Not to mention the Plymouth GTX convertible that went in the $30Ks also.
I guess you could withdraw your car, but I'd bet there's some kind of a penalty fee that you have to pay. I mean, they can't have a bunch of holes where cars were withdrawn, esp. since they print a catalog as well.
A. That would kinda defeat the purpose of "no reserve" now wouldn't it? Take it to some other auction (or Ebay) and put a reserve on it.
B. Wait til this weekend. Those cars won't be as "reasonable".
