Default Chrome Rotor covers...

I am looking for chrome rotor covers, or rotor "hats" as some have called them. Who sells these? Or am I mistaken...

I would try Mid-America, Ecklers, and Corvette Central.

You're still going to have an area that is not swept and the chrome will not cover. Why not just plate or paint the unswept area?

Another option is to get a unpainted set powdercoated. Corvette pilot did a set for me to match the car.

Just the rotor covers were powdercoated.

I bet there is a way to powdercoat the rotor itself if you wanted.

I think that would be virtually impossible. The coating would have to so precise as to where the swept area would be.

Maybe block off the area you don't want coated or remove the excess coating after your done.

Not impossible at all....You just mask the area you don't want coated..

Mask it off with what? It would have to be able to withstand high temps during baking.

Front only picture...I thought the hats might provide more chrome refection, behind the wheel. Now this rotor still looks pretty good, but there is some aging going on now.

These are Mike, The Powdercoater's calipers...truely like jewelry for your car...

By the way, thanks everyone, most times I have posted, I haven't recieved this many replies..
