Just my 2 cents....Taking nothing away from Fichtner Chevy. BUT you have to go a long way to beat the Customer Service that Gene gives you at gmpartshouse. IMO
We have been a supporting dealer here since shortly after the Forum got started in the late 90's. We are here to help anyone in any way we can, not just sell parts and GMPP warranties or even Corvettes. We answer questions and help people with problems on a daily basis. We just enjoy the Corvette Community in general. We enjoy the phone calls and even the many personal visits by members of the Forum. The coffee pot is always on and full of Starbucks coffee! So anyone coming to Montana is more than welcome to stop by. We have even been known to help plan vacation trips thru Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks. Or for those who want to fish, we are only an hour from world class trout fishing on the Big Horn river. We are right by Billings on I90 and the turn off to Yellowstone Park over the Beartooth Pass. You want to take an absolutely beautiful drive this is it, as it tops out at almost 11,000 feet. Charles Kuralt called this route one of the top ten most scenic roads in the world. An absolutely perfect twisting and turning mountain drive for a Corvette!

Well I would go as far as to say that the guys at Fichtner Chevy do go that long way - but as a consumer it's nice having and hearing about two sources that we can go to and get the highest quality serivce - KUDO's to both!!!!!!
Bob's, service is GREAT....but, I usually check prices at several places before I purchase.....and for the last couple of years I have found that the prices at GM Parts house are consistently lower. I have used both Fitchner and GM Parts house for years Both are great but I usually make my purchase decisions based on price.
You can't go wrong with either one.

Dennis is the man to buy your car from. My deal was quick, clear, and best of all no BS. I originaly asked three forum dealers for a price and Dennis is the only one to come back with numbers. The other two didn't give me a direct answer. Dennis got the deal - on two 2009's.

those other two dealerships still operating as business as usual.
they lost a chance at a possible sale rather than trying to win your business, i guess they "showed you" didn't they! jerk sales people
and the owners who keep them.
Kudos to the whole gang at Fitchtner! They are a First Class operation. I have purchased 2 Corvettes from Ken with no glitches: he delivers! The parts department crew is also excellent: I have often called with just a quick question. Bob and Tom have been great! Dennis is also awesome with the GMPP products. Many Chevy dealers could learn a lot from how the Fitchtner guys do business!
