I want to change out the center piece "Only" to titanium, but don't know how to remove it.
Does anyone out there have any ideas ? I heard it was very easy, but don't want to attempt it
without getting some advice first.

An apolstry shop can help you. The other, more common option is to buy new leather seat covers. There are vendors on here that offer them. They look very stock but it is higher quality leather. They offer the ebony/titanium combo you want.
