My 05 MN6 Coupe with 30,000 miles is noise free except for one consistent squeek coming from the dash area. I've isolated down to either the passenger side glove box area or behind the center dash area. The squeak is there anytime the car is in motion. No different under acceleration than at constant speed. It is more noticeable on rough roads. This tells me it is probably something rubbing behind there somewhere. Anybody had this experience? I've searched many threads and have yet to see this type of squeak. (many other rattles and squeaks but not this one) Just wondering before I go disassembling the entire dash.
i tracked down a bad dash squeak. it was the plastic instrument cluster cover rubbing the bezel. I put black double sides tape in between. Its perfect. I have a weird sound from the driver window seal. sould like rubbing when its cold out.
I had a buzz coming from the upper right corner of the instrument cluster on my 08. I took it in under warranty and they fixed the buzzing, but the dash and A pillar trim didn't line up. I have taken back three times and they haven't been able to get the alignment right. Finally gave up with dealer. Not sure which is worse, the buzz or the misalignment. Oh well...
I have the same issue and have taken eveything apart to find it but nothing. That squick is driving me crazy. If you find the cause please pm me. I have not been able to find anything.
Thank you.

I had the same problem with my old Lexus. I brought it to the dealership a few times and they never found the problem. I finally fixed the problem by selling it and buying my Corvette.
I had a squeek in the center of my dash on my 07 Z06. I was able to get rid of it by taking out the center channel speaker grill out and stuffing in some thick (1&1/2 inch) foam gasket material to the left and right side of that cavity. I did this over a year ago and the squeek is still gone.
BTW, I found that running the heat on the speaker grill for a while made it much easier to get out and it likely helps keep the speaker grill compliant. (Helps prevent a brittle fracture)
Bringing this back to the top after over a year! French, did you find the source? I developed a squeak behind the dash after installing a new clutch. I've been driving around with the center surround off for a few days now but can't find the source.

John - did it still buzz? I couldn't really care about the mis-alignment, but the buzz is driving me nuts!
Take a plastic credit card and slide it under the plastic windshield moldiing on the inside of the car and slide it around the edge under the molding against the windshield, if it binds at all, there is a squeak there.
