I'm glad i put such a large down payment on my car -- economy is tough and lost my job, thanks to savings though I've been able to float for a while, things are slowly picking back up but it's still not pretty at all.

Had my first vette (2007) at age 23...had my second (2008) at age 24...love them.
Oh yeah...mr. snippy is worth it. I didn't want kids either.

Bought my first Vette at 21 a 67. My second at 22 a 63 SWC, third at 24 a 74 coupe and my C6 in 2006 at 41 and will propably keep it for a really long time.

13 year gap while 3 kids went to college
'90 at age 57
'96 at 58
'01 at 60
'07 at 62. The C5 went to my 35 year old daughter. Hope her daughter can get one even younger
