Im posting for a friend who has an 05. His headlight seemed to separate from the bumper cover on the left side only. Thats probably the best way to explain it. There is a significantly larger gap between the left side headlight and the bumper than the right. I was just wondering if this a common problem on C6's since Im from the C5 realm. Will try to get some pics and post. Please advise
I just guessing but I doubt the headlight or bumper has moved. It's probably the gasket around the headlight assy that has moved. Check these 2 threads and see if they offer any insight/help.

I noticed this on my 06, one clear headlight shroud had a large gap and the other was tight. Took it to the dealer and they said it had nothing to do with the headlights, it was the entire front body panel structure. The body met all corners perfectly but underneath (the frame work) had to be shifted. I was worried they would do more damage trying to fix the issue but they did an excellent job and it was free as the warrantee was still in effect.
The guy said its a known problem but it is rare.
