My first Vette
I just wanted to thank J and S from California for being such wonderful people. I am so excited to now be part of a wonderful network of people. Last night my Vette made it to it's new home. I am so excited. What a wonderful feeling! Thanks to the forum as well for all the help. What a great thing!

Thanks! Well, I feel like a have been irresponsible to this precious car so far. I had the car trucked in an outstading enclosed rig that traveled from Cali...a great sunny state...well the truck made it yesterday and it has stormed all weekend here in Louisiana...so needless to say...I am about certain that this is the first time the car has seen weather......so I must give a great applause to my lovely wife for meeting the rig and picking this car up all on her own and driving it back home in the drizzle...might I add that it was her first time driving a Vette....AND OH HOW SHE IS LOVED IT !!!!........Unfortunate for me, I am away at work and will not be in for another couple of weeks.
Now for the VETTE....she's an 05 coupe --machine silver highly metallic---Z06 upgraded rims.....perfect condition... the exhaust is Borla Touring....black and grey interior....what a machine....just what I wanted!
Might I add that the owner and his wife are two of the finest people I have ever met....and if this is what the corvette world has to offer ....then all I can say is ....what was I so nervous about?
This site has been so helpful as well...trust me...I am a newbie and have much to learn but have the confidence that it will come easy with people as such.
I will get some pictures if everyone can stomach this beautiful car being delivered in
weather...
I need to read up on the posting.. will post soon!
