C3 1980 white/red T-top was my first bought new. Still have it for 29 yrs.

Now at 34 yrs of continuous vette ownership. Newest is an 09 for 4 months.

I bought a use Silver & Gray 1984 C4 while home in Alexandria Va. on leave heading to Ft.Bliss Tx. I was hooked on vettes even with the Crossfire 350 (4 years). Sold it and bought a use 1988 white C4 w/Z51(now my wife's) AWESOME car! On Dec 27th 2007 I bought my FIRST ever brand new car! A black 2008 3LT C6 w/F55 (Stll high on fumes)

A new C2 (67) vert was my first one in 1967.

Didn't have another one until I bought a used C4 (94) in 1996.

Bought my first of 3 C6s in 2004. Swapped the 05 M6 for an 05 A4. Swapped it for my current DD, an A6 06 coupe.

A C6 has been my DD now for 4.5 years.

My first Vette was a 1965 Convertible with both tops, Glenwood Green, Black int, Side Pipes, 327 365 HP, 4sd. My friend who owned a gas station kept it better then mint. He was getting a divorce sold it to me for $1,500. This was in 1973. Since then they all cost more, a 64, 75, and 08 all verts of course.

My 2005 coupe is my first and only Corvette to date. I ordered it just the way I wanted it and still love it every time I drive it.

In 1969 I was 21 years old. I purchased my first Vette. A '69 Cortez Silver/Black, 427/400 HP. Since then I have owned eighteen Vettes, C3s, C4s, C5s. And, most recently three C6s. One sold. Two I still have. A few "problem" children along the way ('84 was the worst ) . But, I never thought of buying anything else.

C4 1992 kept 7 years 90,000 miles, no major issues

C5 1998 kept 10 years 110,000 miles,no major issues

C6 2008 7 months and counting 2,600 miles, no major issues so far(knock on wood)

My first was a 1957, black with silver coves, red interior. It was a four speed (late in the year) 270 hp with two fours, Duntov cam, posi, radio delete. I had it 17 days before a big (really big) oak tree jumped out in the middle of the road and clobbered the car. In fairness, I was driving slightly over the speed limit. The fellow with me was thrown out and didn't even break his glasses. I was pinned under the car with the windshield on the back of my neck -- 16 stitches. I was exceedingly lucky. They sold the carcass (the car, not mine) for $300. There wasn't much left. It was a great car for 17 days. I have been a very careful driver ever since.

C3 1980 was my first vette, bought new. i've had six vettes and as many as three at a time... my favorite was my grandsport, had it for ten years (sold it to retire and buy my retirement house out in the country)

89 was my first vette back in '99 or 2000.Drove a new '80 around for a while back then that belonged to a girl I knew.The car was ok for it's day.
