what are the options on it besides base coupe? or is it truly a base, no-option coupe? take a look in the glove box for all the options listed, such as F55, or Z51, etc.
if it is a no-option base coupe then no, I don't think it's worth 32K.

We need more info about the options. Both tops, automatic with paddle shift, upgraded interior, Z51 package, chrome or polished aluminum rims, aftermarket exhaust all add value to the Corvette. If it has the Z06 option I would say it's a great deal.
If it's a base model standard transmission with no options I would say it's too high. $29,000 give or take a little.
