I wanted to let everyone know (that doesn't already know) that Gene Culley provides excellent service. About two weeks ago, maybe more, I ordered a few parts from him including a complete dash. The other parts came in just as they were supposed to with the dash having to take a little longer coming directly from GM. I contacted Gene after waiting 5 days over the expected due date and he told me he would check on it. He emailed me the next day to tell me FedEx had lost my dash! He promptly located another dash after finding out GM had them on backorder and took care of it without me having to wait on the FedEx dispute. A lot of people, if not most, would have made me wait to clear it up. I will most certainly go to Gene first for parts from now on and I recommend him to anyone here.
