In Arkansas, my favorite roads are Hwy 7 and the Pig Trail. My all time favorites though are just about any of the backroads around Bowling Green. Those are some of the funnest roads to do some real cruising on. If you ever get the chance, attend one of the big events at the NCM and sign up for one their tours.

The Hill Country has lot of Nice Roads to drive a Vette on. Most of the FM roads are sweet.
Unfortunately, us lowlanders don't get a lot of variety.
However, I did the Dragon and the entire length of the Blue Ridge Parkway last summer, and that was an exceptional experience. There are an almost infinite number of great driving roads throughout the Tenn/NC mountains.

I live in southern Minnesota anong the Mississippi river. I am blessed with some of the most beautiful vette roads in the US. It's a strech of Wisconsin about 60 mi north and south of me and about 40 mi east into Wisc. This is part of what's known as the Coulee region, and is almost completely forested bluffs and farmland valleys. The amazing part of this area is there's roads all over the hills, extremely little traffic and ALL the roads are paved. I just love going over there and getting lost for a couple of hours. I've been doing this for three years now, and I still can get lost anytime. There's a cut over there called the Mindoro cut that was created in the 20's by hand and, I swear, that when I take the road up to the cut, Dueling Banjo's is always playing on my radio. The name of my favorite road is Alligator Slide Road. On sunday afternoons the roads are starting to get overpopulated by Harley riders and their wives.
UT 12 in central Utah from Escalante to Capital Reef National Park is one of my favorite. I also love Bear Tooth Pass (US212) in WY/MT, although the Wyoming side is bumpy as heck. You are not going to go that fast anyway because one mistake and you are FLYING. Corvettes probably don't fly too well.
HWY 129 . Tail of the Dragon
try it with anything other than a sports car or a bike and you will get sick
In a Vette, it's
watch out for radar though, things are getting tougher there with traps. Too many wrecks !
One of the most famous: Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles. I still remember watching a modified Mini Cooper run away from a Daytona Ferrari there in the 70's...the Daytona did sound better though...
Daytona gets my award for best sounding car of all time
I would agree 100% on HWY 12 in Utah between Capitol Reef Natl Park and Escalante. Curvy, smooth, vertical, huge views and dragon's back.
Dragon's Back definitely makes you want to stay on his back though. I love the canyons and the mountain pass on that road also. Then you have the unique beauty of Capital Reef National Park.
