side widow deflector
We don't get much rain in Hawaii on the leeward side. I have got caught a few time when passing by a valley. I drive with the windows down and without thinking put on the wipers so I can see. All the water off the windshield goes in to the car. Will side window deflectors help. I have never had this much water go into any of my other cars.

When I read your subject line, I assumed you were going to install some sort of rubberized padding around your car, to "deflect" little old ladies, who have lost their husbands, and now want a man with a Vette!!!
Seriously, I've not seen any vendors with a side rain/water deflector. My son has them on his truck, not sure about how they'd look on a Vette. I carry several small microfiber towels in the rear cubby holes, just for these kind of events....I agree that the design certainly invites rain into the interior whenever the door is opened (even after carwashes)

The sun is shining not a cloud in site, you pass the Likelike highway and the rain hits the car unexpectedly. You can't see so you quickly put on the wipers. A minute later it is gone. I saw Side window deflectors from WeatherTech but they don't have them for Vettes. They were on the last car I had and not a drop came in.

1. Wipers - ON
2. Windows Up Switches - Actuate
3. Climate Control - On/Auto/As Desired
