Dead Battery...now window valet does not work?

Dead Battery...now window valet does not work?
Well, I let my 2006 Corvette sit too long, and yup...dead battery.
In order to gain access to the interior, I had to use the access cable in the hatch to open the drivers door.
Now, after replacing the battery, the drivers side window valet does not work (passenger side is good). Goes down fine, but not up upon closing the door
Is there a reset? What are your thoughts?
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Ok...I think I got it:
With window controls:
A. Both windows up (together)
B. Both windows down for 10 sec (together)
C. Both windows down for an additional 10 sec (together)
Just want to confirm...
