I've never compared the 2 side by side I just know they carry different part numbers and I didn't argue when I ordered them.
The differences I have found between the zo6 and standard C6 is the Z06 cradle is magnesium and the lower control arms are a little different. The springs are stiffer and depending on shocks they can be different as well. And the brakes are bigger.
Everything else is pretty much the same.
