Pulled into Dunkin Donuts this morning and had a brain fart. Pulled the Z up to a concrete bumper and pushed my splitter in. The sound made me sick. Got her home and thank GOD for the lift. Did no damage to the bumper, just had to drop the splitter and re work the mounts. Perfect. That lift has come in so handy, turned out to be a good day.

This lift intrigues me where did you get it and how much did it cost?

ive had that happen twice on my Z06 -- the front splitter, it's one flexible piece of plastic I will give you that, I've accidently (and painfully) pushed the top center back about 1 or 2"

luckily i just had to readjust the mounting screw underneath, it has scratches on it but still form fitting and where it should be. Thank god its only like 120 dollars to replace if i ever REALLY f it up.

There should be some sort of a "Parking Block Danger Sensor" device that comes standard with our cars.

That was what I was about to say. NEVER pull into parking spaces! Corvettes are especially easy to back up, there is hardly anything behind you.

I would have farted when I heard the crunch, there would have been more damage in my jeans than my car
