Press the traction control button on the center console two times in five seconds. You should hear a chime and the words COMPETITIVE DRIVING MODE will be displayed in the DIC.

If your tire pressure is low enough to trigger the sensors or if you have had any wheel work done that damaged or removed the sensors then the car will be prevented from entering Competitive Driving Mode.
