Here is a step by step. It's very easy just take your time. And you might want to put a couple of towels inside the fascia in case you drop a nut. Don't ask how some of us know that.
Remove the two inside taillights, you will need a torx wrench for them. Remove the screw from the top and rotate them down and out from the top. Then reach inside and feel for the four nuts on the spoiler bolts, mine were only hand tight. Make sure not to drop them. Before you lift up the spoiler unplug the 3rd brake light. It has a squeeze tab on the top side of it I think. Pull off the wire harness and then lift off the spoiler.
IIRC, I think I was able to get to all the nuts on my spoiler by removing just one of the inner brake lamp assemblies...or maybe I just have long arms.
I just did this about 30 minutes ago. Without ever doing this before, it only took me abour 15-20 minutes. I used the torx to take the lights off, but I was able to spin the nuts off the spoiler mount without a socket!
Even after you spin off the nuts, you'll want to be patient and push up with your finger on the bottom of the studs - -on mine, it was an extremely tight fit and I was trying not to break anything. I also had my patience tested getting the wiring coupler unplugged.

Trust us, USE A TOWEL !!!! Those nuts must be a lot heavier than they look !!!!!!
I was able to pull the spoiler free of the bumper and then disconnected the electrical clip. I reconnected the electrical clip before mounting the spoiler back on the bumper. The leads are not that long but long enough.
