Oil Change Question
Just did an oil change and got a little to much in. It's a little more than an 1/8th inch above full on the dipstick. Is that going to create any problems?

According to the corvette manual, it actually says you should add a quart when you race or run any track day event. I would think it is fine.

An 1/8 inch is not significant...relax and go for a drive.

I use 6 qts as specified for the Z51 and it is always 1/4" over. No problem.

I'll probably run 6.5 qts in mine, mainly since the supercharger will heat up the oil on my car (not self contained)

I didn't think it would be a problem, but better safe then sorry.
