I have a black beauty and i want to keep it as safe as i can from the pollen......anyone know a good quality car cover that will be ok to use in the summer heat??
The Noah type car cover is moisture resistant, but not water proof so I would consider other options for heavy rain regions like NY.
Here in San Diego I get 5 or 6 full rain type days and a dozen light drizzle days per year. The Noah works great for outdoor parking, but I do remove it when it actually rains. Time to wash the car anyway when that happens and I also will take that opportunity to take the Noah cover to the laundromat.

I think i would consider two covers, winter, and the rest of the year. if your a DD, get ready for a PITA as the cover's are bulky and don't even fold up the way they came, winter it's full of Ice and snow. what do you do with it? put it in the car or take it in the house? you see where it's going, if it's going to sit all winter, I would get a Three season and put that on under the winter cover as a" buffer" use lot's of bungee cords as a wind flapping cover will beat the car to death, lots of choices autoanything.com
Check out the all weather cover at RPI, I used it outdoors and it performs as advertised, rain runs right off of it, fits securely, and looks good. I got the two tone one, $200+ for it.
