No there's not any clubs that I'm aware of. There's a few in Arkansas, but they're mostly in Little Rock or further north. I think the closest one to you would be Red River Corvette Club in Shreveport.

Really big Corvette meet at Texas Moror Speedway this weekend. The Lonestar Corvette Classic is a yearly event that attracts several hundred cars. You should drive over and check it out. There is nothing like it in the Southwest region.
