cclive...I am not inclined to be so charitable. But you are right...taking the high road is always better in the long run...although 3 or 4 hours ago I was ready to unleash all kinds of evil on them. I do think I will post in my Pacific NorthWest forum so that other owners can be made aware.

I just posted a complete DIY thread so others won't have to go through what you did. Hopefully it will help the next owner.
