I keep my maintenance records on the GM-related website MYGMLINK, but it's not quite as easy to use since GM got Yahoo to do the website maintenance. You have to have a Yahoo username & password. It also does not give you an easy way to download your maintenance record. I don't think it has anything to facilitate a gas fill up record.
My suggestion would be to use Excel until/unless you find something you like better. Excel also has records of text that could be copied to most other programs.
