I got the car from Sirrea I havent taken it to any dealer yet but Community Chevrolet is down the street from me and also Allen Gwynn which is like 15 min from my house. Which dealer do you take your to?
Had a problem like that turned out that the speaker in the drivers side door was picking up vibration and causing harmonics at high speed. I pulled the panel put in some insulation and it was gone.

I'm hoping that the buzzing sound is coming from the center speaker under the dash. If that's the case, it should be a relatively easy fix.
Put a couple of pieces of masking tape on the seam where the plastic cowl cover and windshield meet on the outside of your car on the passenger side and see if that makes the noise go away. That plastic piece is probably what is vibrating in the wind because that's what it was on my car. A couple of dabs of silicone sealant to keep it stuck down and the problem should go away.
I thought mine was the top delaminating, but the noise was still there when I switched one top out for another.
It will get worse as time goes on if you don't get it stuck down with sealant or take it to the dealer to do it or replace that plastic cover.

thanks. i just checked this and it's loose on the driver's side where i have my noise. i'll put some silicone under it and see what happens.
I posted this same issue about a year ago with no results. Except mine starts at about 55mph. Pretty annoying. Mine also sounds like the passenger side of the windshield. I just happened to be changing my wipers about a month ago, and noticed on my next drive the the buzz was noticeably different. Also, the oe wipers I put on stuck straight about about 1 1/2 inches at the windshield curve. I just happened to have a wiper that was two inches shorter, so I tossed it on. The buzz is almost gone now.
Could it be something behind the Rattling against the firewall? I'm a bit hesitant to bring the car into the dealership... Don't really feel comfortable with them ripping the interior apart.
Could a loose center speaker make the buzzing/rattle noise?
When you are hearing the noise try pressing the recirculation button on the AC system with the ac off. See if that changes the tone of the noise.
Found the source of the noise today. It's the plastic cowl below the windshield wiper on the passenger side. It appeared to be a little loose, so I secured it with masking tape. I drove the car at 60 mph, noise gone. I pulled over and removed the tape, noise back. I'll fasten down the cowl with a little weatherstrip adheasive, problem solved. Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.

Interesting, i'll have to check that out. For some reason the noise kind of stopped happening. maybe due to the weather heating up? it's not as consistent as it was a few weeks ago.

JLargo, did you also have a buzzing sound?
Anyways, after pressing the recirculation button, the buzzing noise was drastically reduced. It wasn't completely gone, as there was some slight intermittent buzzing, but it was much less noticeable and annoying. I wonder if there's an attached part that's contributing to the buzzing sound. So far, this is the only "solution" I've gotten a chance to try that reduces the buzzing sound.
It seems as if the incoming vented air is passing through something and making it vibrate or resonate against something creating the buzzing noise. It seemed to be a pretty logical answer after noticing the difference with the recirc button on and off.

I checked the plastic cowl, and there were some loose areas as you had. Passenger and center for me. I didn't get a chance to tape it down to check if that's the actual cause for the buzzing though.
After two unsuccessful tries at the dealer. My wife and I drove to work together and decided the noise had to be coming from somewhere around the cowl. When we got out of the car we checked it out and she asked me "how come this thing is so loose?"
"This thing" is the rubber part that is on each end of the plastic cowl cover , beneath each A pillar. There is a rubber tab that inserts into a bracket at the top of the fender. It is visible when you open the door and look into the top of the front door jamb. Mine had come out on the passenger's side allowing the piece to vibrate.
Pushed the tab back in and the noise is gone. Hope this helps.
