Clay Bar Advice?

Your almost polished wheels have the same clear coat finish as you car. It's OK to use clay bar.As other have suggested it's always better to wash the wheels before using the clay bar.

I suggest making sure that you have all of the brake dust removed from the wheel first because it is very abrasive. The brake dust will stick to the clay bar and abrade the clear coat on the wheels.
You will still have some brake dust even after a good scrubbing. Just keep kneading the bar. Then toss the clay bar out as it will be useless for anything else
