Ins Coverage...

You dont need Flood Insurance on a car for coverage. Its covered by Comp. However, if its an Intentional Act there could be a coverage and payment problem. If there is a Loss payee I wonder if they get paid on Intentional acts. On a Homeowners policy the Mortgage company can still colllect up to the amount of the loan on intentional acts. I am just not sure if the auto policy pays a loss payee on an Intentional act...
