predator?
if you are looking at making some changes/modifications such s a CAI, exhaust, etc. you would need (in most cases) a tuning "tweak" which the Predator would provide....
I used a Predator tune on a Mustang GT I had several years ago and could definitely tell the difference in how the car performed after installing a simple "performance" tune.....never got around to doing any other mods to the car, so can't give any other results...
as far as voiding any warrantees, I would think that if you returned the car to the "stock" tune before taking in to dealer you would avoid any hassle...

Sometimes it's not Instantly noticable:
It can take a few miles after Installing, for the Tune to settle in and adjust itself to the computer.
You do Not need to Mod the car to have it make a difference.
You will also get a Lot more help and info from Members who do this type of thing all the time, by posting on the C6 Scan and Tune section.
I certainly did

Although I haven't used the Predato Performance tune "yet" in my New C6,...
I have used it in my other Vehicles, ..and it makes a Noticable difference.
Some older vehicles vary just how much difference.
As for Warranty and removing the Tune before going to the Dealer:
that's a Hot Topic, just do some research and decide for yourself.
If you want to keep things Simple:
Just using the "canned" Performance Tune is nice, a well rounded Performance increase with out being Radical.
If you want to do more, you can Alter and Save the Tune,.. if you take the time to find out how, and it will turn the car into a Beast.
Takes a lot of time and thought so it's a Personal choice.
Myself, when I'm ready to put the Predator Tune in my C6 I'll start with the "canned" Performance Tune.
