You can see them but it has a low glow, just enough to light down the side of the car. Colored lights are brighter I think.
Last night it in a pitch black garage they look bright but in normal light, moon light or with street lights, like I said a low glow.
The open exposure pulls in all of the light.
Saw a picture of my car posted on JW Motoring web site.
