In order to get Sirius rather than XM, you'd need to swap out the XM unit in the rear with the SIR-GM1 Sirius unit. I did that right after purchasing my '08 because I prefer Sirius (better programming & sound quality). Was easy and used instructions from threads on this forum....
If you are wanting to stay with XM and add the "Best of Sirius" you shouldn't have to do anything other than add that programming package....
I've read several threads from people saying they are getting a $77 a year deal for XM....

where in the rear is the unit located i have a lifetime subscription from sirius and they wont let me switch it over becuase the car has an xm unit
