use zaino its not a wax, its a polymer. put it on thin. you can apply it in the sun as well, acclerates the cure time. it wont build up in crevices. forget that "glob" it on syndrome that most folks have with wax, which, by the way, is water soluble, zaino is not.. so rain and washing wont take away from the gloss.

And don't forget that Zaino has UV protection as well.

Wax in the shade under a tree or in the garage, never directly
in the sun. Meguiars NXT is the best.

I have been using "Satin Gloss" on my boats for the last 20 yrs. No tougher enviorment on shine than the Atlantic Ocean. I also use it on my cars and trucks It goes on EASY comes off EASIER and leaves a incredible shine. I can do my Vert in less than 15 minutes. It is NOT cheap but it works and that is all I care about.

We offer several waxes (Pinnacle, Wolfgang, DP MaxWax) and all are pure waxes with no cleaners and no polishes in them. As such they wont leave those white marks on trim but always best to avoid it as possible anyways. Our waxes are WOWO meaning you wipe them on and wipe off immediately without drying. Much quicker and no smearing like some other brands.

One hint with any wax or sealant, try to apply the thinnest and lightest coat possible. More products does not mean more protection, just wasted product and a harder time to remove. If you run into a wax that is hard to remove or over applied, consider spritzing with a quick detailer and wiping off. It will help and wont remove the wax. If you need more help and hints, please visit car care or our forum as wanted too.

Meguiars professional yellow # 26 carnuba for me, I use a very soft bristle toothbrush to remove the excess wax left in the crevices, it comes right off!

My trick to prevent getting wax on rubber trim and crevices:

I use inch-and-a-half wide 3M painter's tape and mask off the edges before waxing each section of the vette. I only tape about 1/2-inch of the edge around each section so I can wax almost all of the paint. As I work my way around the car, I'll go back and wipe down sections that have dried and the tape pulls off very easy.

Sounds like this wouldn't be needed for products like Zaino, but I use Meguiars Gold Class and this definitely makes it easier and cleaner. The extra time spent taping sure beats trying to clean up extra wax later.

I just bought Pinnacle Souveran. It's fantastic - the easiest-to-use wax I've ever used.
