All the threads and available info regarding rear end noise and yet somehow yours is unique?
Change the rear diff fluid under warranty (complain about the noise, don't tell them to change the fluid) like every thread recommends, or do it yourself with all the info that is available in the dozen other threads.
My late production 08 made noise starting at 6000 miles. It was supposed to have had the "new " lube in it from the factory. Not a big deal,,, just changed to Amsoil with extra additive. Seems to have worked wonders.

No! It changed your lovely Corvette into some ghastly open seat rain catcher!

The factory changeover to DEXRON LS fluid was to begin with MY2009 production. I have never heard whether or not BG changed over earlier near the end of MY2008 production. My son has also a late model 08 built at the end of April. It also has about 6000 miles but he has not mentioned any extra noise yet.
I changed to AMSOIL Severe Gear over 16k miles ago and still quiet.
I changed my '08 out to RP Max Gear, as it already has the additive in it I never had chatter though, even before I changed it out. Although I only had something like 1,500 miles on it when I dumped both the rear end fluid and tranny fluid.

Who cares if it's been posted before. If he wants to ask a question here on the forum then no biggie. Yes, his car is unique if you have to ask. It's his, and I'm sure it's his baby.
It's under warranty I'm assuming. I would take it to the dealer you bought it from and have them check it out. If not, changing out the fluid is a 30 minute job at max.

Maybe those of us that like to help those with problems that attempt to help themselves first. So when people decide to post the same question for the umpteenth time because it's easier than searching...yeah, I have a problem with that. Now run along

Whats funny is he actually took the time to write the hating ...

What's even funnier is the ignorance of those that think that, considering I answered his question along with pointing out he could have found the answer with a simple search.
Big difference...but I don't expect the intellectually challenged among us to distinguish the difference.

You're are a class act. If you can't contribute to his thread in an adult manner. Stay out of it.
This bulletin is being revised to change the fluid recommendation and to remove the requirement of adding friction modifier. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 07-04-20-002 (Section 04 -- Driveline/Axle).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Condition
Some customers may comment on a clunk and/or chatter type noise from the rear of the vehicle while making turns.
Cause
This condition may be caused by slip/stick of the posi-traction clutch plates due to insufficient limited-slip axle additive. As plates slip and stick, a jumping or jerking feel occurs accompanied by a clunk noise.
Correction
Important: DO NOT remove the differential cover from the rear or the two sides. It is not necessary to flush the old fluid from the differential.
Drain and refill the rear differential fluid.
•Fill the differential with the new DEXRON® LS gear oil, P/N 88862624

If you read the original post I mentioned that I did a search and found nothing pertaining to cars newer than a 08 or Automatic.

This is what I was looking for-Thank you and those that were able to contribute to this.
For the DIYer: AMSOIL Hand Pump (product code G2039)
Note: I recommend taking the plastic tip off the fill hose - not needed and might come off.
And get it from Subdriver . He had the oil to my doorstep in a couple of days, and the pump worked great for my Explorer (didn't need it for the Vette, but would have been nice. ).
I don't recall a plastic tip on the hose though...
