C6 Parts may be a good place to look. I purchased a set of tires/wheels with 73 miles on them from a member that wanted a different combination than the OEM.
TireRack is a great place to start and they are also part of the CF community and carry a wide selection.
Call Mick at Grand Premier Tires and Wheels in East Greenbush (518.477-4753). I assume your from WhiteHall N.Y. Get a price from Tirerack, Mick will match it or beat it and then mounting and balancing will be free. He sells Michelin, Goodrich and Bridgestone. I don't know about Goodrich but the other two make RF's. If not there is also Direct Tire.com.

Thanks! I will giive him a buzz when I get back from South Carolina. (On my way back with a "new to me" C6)
I am in Raleigh, NC and have need front tires. Where is a good dealership for Firestone, or Michelin Pilots?
The tire rack will ship to your residence or to the installer of your choice. They also will recommend installers in your area. Hard to beat their prices. Check out "the tire rack.com"
I bought a set of Firestone run flats from the tire rack about 2 months ago. They were $1200 out the door, including hazard protection. Cost me another $35 to have them installed and balanced at my Air Force auto hobby shop. They are quieter than the original Goodyears, the wear factor is the best of the run flats, the ride is excellent, as is handling. I don't track the car so I can't give you any info in that regard.
Tire Rack is a great source of information and education about selecting the best tire for your application.
Once you've decided on the brand/model/size you can shop around locally (Discount Tire, perhaps) for a better deal, but Tire Rack prices are tough to beat and their customer service is excellent.
Do some Forum research on having your tires mounted and balanced, there are quite a few pitfalls and not limited to just wheel damage.
I have a full set of C6 run flats that came on my 2006 c6 vette. They have less than 5k miles on them and are mounted on chrome c6 wheels. I am trying to sell them as a set of wheels and tires and would be willing to sell the entire package for 1500. Both are in excellent condtion and the tires have full tread on them. I can send pictures via email but have been unable to figure out how to do it on this forum page. please let me know if you are interested. I am located in the suburbs of Atlanta by the way.
