Does anyone know if the Covette factory will be in production the week of October 12th?

Too far in the future to predict. It is currently planned to be operating but that is only because the alternative schedules don't go out that far at this point.

We are heading through there in our new vette in September. Is there any way to be able to tour the facility at all?

Absolutely. The assembly plant is available for public tours three times per day. The cost of the tour is $5.00 per person. You can book your tour online at the Assembly plant website.

While walk-ins are available during plant operating hours make sure you check the website since the plant has been on an alternative work schedule of late basically operating two weeks on and two weeks off. The plant is also currently closed on Fridays.
