Default Side vent lights

i have seen these on the forum but cant seem to find them now. They come in red i believe and all they do is illuminate the vents at night.

if anyone could find them it would be much appreciated

next question is can these be modified to blink with the turn signals?

Im thinking they could be re-wired to run off the DRL's/front turn signals so that when the left signal is flashing the left vent would flash and visa versa.

There is no real point to making them integrated with the signals other then it would make them more unique.

If anyone has them or any info on them let me know how they are designed to plug in and other important info

Thnx

eh, don't listen to these old guys

I've been wanting to do this too. Nothing too bright or too ostentatious, but some low level glow in white or red (depending on car color) would be a nice accent.

i found these through google on a c5

they're ok but these do look a little ricey. Something more hidden that you only see the glow of reflected light would be classy.

Actually, I've seen a blue set of lights on a black C6. It was done nicely, not real bright, and looked pretty kool. Just enough to accent the vent at night.

Here's the link for the vendor. Personally, I like the look too. I just ordered all of the interior lights myself and the vendor is a great guy to deal with. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-p...-upgrades.html

Member C6 DVL has red LEDs on his silver C6. It actually looks pretty good.
