I'm back
I originally had an 2000 c5 coupe, then an 06 c6 coupe, then an 06 XLR. I'm now back with an 08 c6 vert., one of the Indy pace cars. No side decals, black with grey top. bought it 2 weeks ago from a dealer who was saving it for himself, then decided to sell. Only 40 miles on odometer. What a great car, # 370 of 500 signed by Emerson Fittipaldi, Z51, dual mode exhaust, spec. chrome wheels, zo6 spoiler, power top, monogramed head rests, and side Indy badge.

The XLR was a great car, I really enjoyed it, but felt with time running out on it staying in production, I decided to sell it before taking a blood bath. I sold it before the announcement that they were stopping production. I really like the vette. Bill M.

Welcome back and Congrats! 
Friend of mine in Indy has one of the '08 Indy Pace Car Verts. Either he did not have the side decals applied or had them removed (I can't remember which he did), but he left the thin green hood stripes and everything else as is.
